Sergio R was incredibly polite and competent. He efficiently cleared a difficult clog in our shower drain that I was not able to remove myself. Super glad I did not keep trying myself.
Also enjoyed the full service thoroughness of Graydon who was on the service, he checked our water heater and scoped our sewage.. no charge, not an upsell just due diligence.
